If you don't have the ability to send emails because of your ISP or you don't have the graphics capability, but you do have an email list, Constant Contact will send out as many emails as you want for a nominal fee. They will also give you reports as to who and how many opened your emails. A very good service.
There are also safelist submitters that send your email advertisement out to multiple safelists at one time. Many of these involve a one time or monthly subscription fee but, there are a number of free submitters. Sign in below and you will be sent links to some free safelist submitters.
