Now its the terrorists, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, Iranians, racists, insurance companies, banks, polluters, our various races, and right wing lunatics so that various money grabs will be supported and wars can once again be waged. Since we all share the same energy, the hatred and anger is spreading around, but since the causes of our unpleasant emotions are not readily justifiable or identifiable, when feelings spill over the brim, they sometimes find the wrong targets and display themselves in inappropriate ways.
The people who want to instill these unpleasant emotions in us in order to perpetrate their agendas are personally attacking each one of us and we have every right to be enraged and should go after the ones responsible. Stepping back, can you, in your wildest dreams, imagine being so driven by fear, hate and anger that you would allow yourself to support a war where a million innocent people who wanted to cause you no harm are murdered, millions more displaced, and the lives of even tens of millions more are reduced to struggling everyday just to survive? Can you imagine being so driven by fear, hate, and anger that you would willingly send your own children to their deaths in order to accomplish this?
Can you imagine a government that would be so corrupt as to pass legislation allowing the banks to take your wealth and then, when their natural greed got the best of them, give them more of your money to help them survive while taking massive amounts of campaign contributions from them in the process? Can you imagine then being told to fear, hate and be angry at the banks, who were only doing what they are supposed to do on behalf of their stockholders, and that the banks are the ones who need more regulation and control? A government that did nothing to protect you while the pillaging was taking place now tells you this.
Who or what in its right mind would call you a racist for not supporting illegal immigration when it is illegal immigration that has driven 40% of our African American working age men out of the work force and lowered the earnings of all minority citizens to the point where they can barely survive? “Fear, hate, and be angry at the white man because he is the one who is responsible”, they say, as they continue to throw minority Americans under the bus. “He is the racist who is doing this to you”, the real racists say.
What is so pathological that it would attempt to generate fear, anger, and hate and set you at each other’s throats by telling you that the world is going to end and the only way to save it is by taking more of your money so that it could implement programs to change the entire planet’s climate? The way to change the climate, it suggests, is to make everything more expensive so that you are cold, hot and hungry and more of you get sick and die in the winter and summer and your mobility and freedom are restricted because of the high cost of energy. Whatever it is that is doing this is so maniacal that it does not for one moment stop to think that the way to save the environment might be better accomplished by helping you be more prosperous because you are the ones who want to save it and you are not the ones who should be punished.
What kind of homicidal maniac would limit health care resources so that prices would rise to the point that you could no longer afford them and then try to tell you that the only way that this could be fixed is if it took more control so that it could spread the same number of limited resources around to 50 million more people? When all common sense tells you that this will only drive prices higher and reduce the amount of medial care available, it has the gall to tell you that this will make things better and cheaper? “You don’t understand”, it says. “You should fear, hate, and be angry at the insurance companies because they are the ones who are doing this”, it says.
Like the days of the Viet Nam war, when we finally determined the source of our anger and hatred and these attempts to channel and control our emotions backfired when we finally determined the true source, the current manipulations will also come back to haunt the ones attempting to impose their agendas through a regimen of fear, anger, and hate. We hate those emotions and they make us angry. Really angry. When we discover the ones who are facilitating them, they will feel our wrath.
