is announcing that its new 1234 ADSL2Plus with Gigabit Ethernet
integrated splitter is available for shipment along with a new
COMPANY BUCKS spiff program for resellers. The
new PCB provides 48 subscriber ports using the latest ADSL
technology to deliver data and video services and up to four optical
GigE ports. ADSL2Plus service ports and GigE transport capabilities
position the Company's 1234 as the workhorse for the future of
access networks. The 1234 supports the full range of off-the-shelf
ADSL modems and acts as a gateway between standard ADSL ATM and IP
over Ethernet allowing seamless connection to IP routers, Ethernet
switches, and IP based digital video headends. The integrated
splitter allows POTS to be directly connected to the 1234 and
composite ADSL2Plus and POTS to be delivered directly to the
subscriber. Some

Company 1234 is available as a 1234 PCB or as an enclosed ABC1234
Assembly and meets industry compliance
requirements. The
COMPANY BUCKS spiff program being announced with the 1234 is
intended to reward individual sales representatives who help Company
get new products introduced to the market through their sales
efforts. It will be used with future offerings and is initially
being offered with the new ABC1234 Assembly. The reseller sales
representatives who sell the first 100 units will be rewarded with a
check for $100 directly from Company. The program requirements
