When Congressman Ron Paul
decided to run for President, what he did was simply lend
his name to a movement by the American people who wanted to try
to win their country back. He is a representative of this
movement more than he is its leader. As he campaigns, he simply
joins the movement and presents your message as he moves around the
country.
In the beginning, Ron
was the poorest of the candidates. Any campaign needs money.
Unlike the others, Ron did not climb into bed with the media,
investment bankers, government contractors, foreign oil producing
countries, or any of the other special interest groups to earn his
money. In a true American Dream, he went to the American
people and the response was overwhelming. He is funded by the
people, for the people, and now enjoys one of the most heavily
funded campaigns in the election.
Ron's
ideas are not fringe or new. All of his ideas have been used before
and they have worked much better than the ideas in use today. The
foundation of his plan and his ideas is that the Contitution should
be followed. This means a smaller federal government, no taxes on
your labor, no centralized bank to manipulate your economy, less
government spending, less government regulation, a sound currency
printed only by the U.S. Treasury, free and open trade with other
countries without meddling in their affairs, protecting
our borders from illegal immigration, and, most of all, a return
to individual freedom and liberty for all
Americans.
Ron's support has not
been created by big money. It is a spontaneous outpooring of
people seeking a return to freedom. While he has been mostly ignored
and even blacked out by the media, his supporters have created
the highest following of any candidate on the Internet, which is the
only free media left that is not controlled by large
corporations. With no influence, free people, capable of
independent thought, have read his message and decided to
support him.
The Paulites, as
Ron's supporters are known, invite you to read his message of
freedom and decide, of your own free will, if you would like to
support him too.
Elect Ron
Paul. He will not be running your country. You
will.
